RealStores Privacy And Security Policy
At RealStores we recognize that privacy is important. We have established this privacy policy because we want you to
understand the collections and uses of data that are necessary and possible with the RealStores service, and to show our
dedication to your privacy and security. We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal
information with us. We reserve the right to change this policy and will provide notification of any material change
at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.
Collected Information
In the registration process, we collect registration information from our users, including, without limitation, names,
user names, and passwords; contact information such as emails, addresses and telephone numbers; and billing information
such as credit card numbers. Each of these different types of information is used to provide services to our users.

information on service updates, and billing information is used to charge for our services. RealStores encourages
visitors to submit feedback. Any feedback that is submitted becomes the property of RealStores and we may use this

In the operation of the RealStores’ services, we collect and store user information that is the raw data input into
your RealStores account as part of the construction of applications of RealStores’ services and any web site hosted
by or with RealStores.
All user information contained within the applications you may use or build with the RealStores service will remain
your property. RealStores will continue to make that data available to you as part of RealStores’ services as long as
you are a user, and will make that data available to you upon the termination of your relationship with RealStores
according to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service. Please consult the Terms of Service agreement as well
as this policy to understand your rights and responsibilities as a user of the RealStores’ services.
If at some point RealStores sells all or a portion of its assets, or merges with another entity, user information is
an asset that may be transferred or acquired by a third party. We will notify all affected users of any such
transaction and, consistent with our privacy promises, users will have the opportunity to retrieve their user
information and cease usage of the RealStores’ services. After such a transaction, the third party that becomes the
custodian of the user information would have the right to continue using the user information solely as set forth in
this policy.
RealStores may also collect and analyze from visitors and users certain information regarding the use of RealStores’
services and web site activity. Information collected may include, but is not limited to, web site traffic volume,
frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system, etc. This information is
logged to help diagnose technical problems, administer the site, and improve the quality and types of service
delivered. We may provide non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information derived from the
actions of our visitors and customers to third parties in order to demonstrate the value we deliver to users.
We must comply with laws applicable in rare circumstances requiring disclosure of data to law enforcement authorities
or third parties.
RealStores may also processes personal information for auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect
and improve our services; for ensuring the technical functioning of our network and the services; and for the

RealStores will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes

Security
We have implemented processes designed to protect user information and maintain security. Each registered user is
assigned a unique user name and password which is required to access their user information. It is the user’s
responsibility to protect the security of their login information. RealStores’ servers are located in secure server
environments. Firewalls and other advanced security technologies are employed to prevent interference or access
from outside intruders. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the
appropriate use of data.
Accessing, Correcting and Revising Registration and Contact Information
If you need to update or change your registration information, you may do so by editing your user record in connection
with the RealStores’ services.
If you choose to cancel your account and leave RealStores’ services, please be aware that RealStores may for a time
retain residual information in our backup and/or archival copies of our database. We will make reasonable commercial
efforts to delete your information as soon as possible after you communicate that intention to us.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
As a business service, RealStores does not target its offerings toward, and does not knowingly collect any
personal information from, users under 13 years of age.
